Booking Pre-Payment
A pre-payment deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to the nominated credit card 7 days prior to arrival, except during the peak Christmas holiday period (25 December to 31 January) where it will be charged 30 days prior. Credit card payments attract a 1.5% surcharge.

Cancellations
Refunds will not be given for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival. Bookings cancelled with a minimum of 7 days notice will receive a full refund, except for bookings cancelled during the peak Christmas holiday period (25 December to 31 January) which will require a minimum of 30 days notice.
DAMAGES
In the event of any contents being broken or damaged during your stay, the cost of replacing or repairing such breakages or damages will be charged to your credit card. If excessive cleaning time is required to return the suite or apartment to our standards, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
